Community Involvement

Community involvement is a valuable asset for the continued success of Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County.

2012 Board and Advisory Committee Meeting Dates

Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County has five board-appointed program committees.

The purpose of the program committees is to provide feedback and advice to Extension. They function as a mirror of the community, so that our staff can be better informed of what seems to be going well, and what might be considered for addition or deletion in a program area. The program committees do not have any direct program supervision responsibility; but will serve in an important advisory capacity to the educators, the program leaders, the executive director, and the board of directors.
